Eskbank House Museum has Lithgow City Council Acquisitive Artworks on display
As an addition to the very successful Selections: Highlights from Lithgow City Council’s Acquisitive Art Collection exhibition currently on display at the Seven Valley’s Visitor Centre, Eskbank House Museum has brought more art works out of storage for the community to enjoy.
Included in the exhibition are a variety of works featuring the Eskbank House, the Blast Furnace, Hassans Walls, Cooerwull Academy and the Woollen Mills. Local well-known contemporary artists include Mary Hailstone, Walter Brunner, Tim Johnman, E J McKenzie, Stanley Ballard, K Ballard, T.G. Moyle and Reg Campbell. Heliodore Hawthorne
The museum is open Wednesday to Sunday 10am to 4pm. The exhibition is free OR combine with a Museum tour for $5 or $2.50 concession.
