Between Christmas and New Year there will be some modifications to Council services and operation hours.
Our Customer Service and Call Centre will be closed from 12noon on Friday 23 December 2022 and will reopen on Tuesday 3 January 2023.
During that time, you can still access our online services to lodge applications, reports or requests and they will be processed from Tuesday 3 January 2023.
For Council-related emergencies only, you can call (02) 4227 7111 and select option 1 to go through to our after-hours service.
Household waste will continue to be collected, as normal, and for waste requests, you can contact Remondis on 1300 362 360 who will be operational on weekdays, excluding public holidays, to respond to customers’ calls regarding damaged bins and missed services.
