- Saturday 28 December: closed, Cranbourne Customer Service Centre open: 9.00 am – 12.00 pm
- Sunday 29 December: closed
- Monday 30 December: 9.00 am – 4.00 pm
- Tuesday 31 December: 9.00 am – 4.00 pm
- Wednesday 1 January: closed
