Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Daniel Cruse.
The 44-year-old is wanted on warrant in relation to assault related offences.
He is described as having a Caucasian appearance, is approx. 185cm tall with a solid build, fair complexion, short brown hair, green eyes and a distinct right upper-arm tattoo.
Daniel is known to frequent the Bentleigh East and Kingston areas.
Investigators have released an image of Daniel in the hope that someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
