Twoofficers from the Department of Trade, Business and Innovation will accompanyMinister for Workforce Training Selena Uibo on the inaugural IndonesiaVocational Education and Training Summit in Jakarta, Indonesia. The trip toIndonesia from 6-11 October will also involve meetings with alumni and keystakeholders, and an agent briefing.
Themission aligns with the Territory Governments commitment to promote Territoryvocational education and training providers capability and capacity fortransnational education delivery in Indonesia. It will showcase the Territoryas a study destination and with the aim of increasing the number of full-fee paying internationalstudents studying in the Northern Territory as part of the Northern TerritoryInternational Education and Training Strategy 2019-2025.
