Small Business Victoria, in partnership with the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry launched the Digital Opportunities Roadshow in Ararat in February this year.
The Roadshow is a Victorian Government initiative supporting small businesses in regional Victoria to transition to the digital economy. The workshops focus on practical actions and tips for small business on how to make the most of the digital economy and reduce cyber-security risks.
The Roadshow has now delivered 22 workshops to regional towns across Victoria, with the first six workshops being delivered face-to-face. Over 215 attendees have participated in total.
Since coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions have been in place, the workshops have been delivered online via Zoom. Now, more than ever, these online workshops are a valuable learning tool for the many businesses turning to digital technologies to continue running their business.
