We are looking for non-pet owners as well as those with pets, to share their thoughts and experiences.
Bayside’s beaches are great places for fun and relaxation. But for many beachgoers, whether dogs are welcome is an important factor when planning a beach visit.
More than a quarter of Bayside households have a canine family member; while other community members don’t feel comfortable around dogs or prefer to avoid them.
Summer restrictions for dogs are in place on Bayside beaches during this busiest period, and the restrictions vary from beach to beach to balance diverse community needs.
