An amending by-law is now available for the community to view.
The State Government’s Legislative Review Committee (LRC) has requested City of Playford address a number of language matters associated with by-laws adopted by Council in 2022.
In response, Council has drafted an Amending By-law that includes language updates to address the LRC’s preferences.
This draft Amending By-Law is page until 12 September, after which Council will consider the formal adoption of the Amending By-Law.
