Epping police are expected to charge an alleged drink-driver following a near miss head-on collision with a police car, in Yan Yean early hours this morning.
It is alleged that a grey Holden Cruze sedan veered onto the wrong side of Plenty Road, narrowly missing a police car about 2am.
Officers quickly pulled over the Holden.
The alleged driver accompanied officers to a police station, then allegedly refused to undergo an evidentiary breath test.
A 26-year-old Craigieburn woman is expected to be charged on summons with dangerous driving, drink driving and other driving offences.
