Glen Waverley police have intercepted a driver in Glen Waverley this afternoon.
Police intercepted the vehicle on the Monash Freeway about 2.20pm.
The male driver allegedly returned an evidentiary breath test of 0.288.
The 49-year-old from Endeavour Hills will be charged on summons with multiple offences including careless driving, drink driving and failing to have an interlock fitted.
