The driver involved in a fatal crash at a Prospect shopping centre last week has been reported over the incident.
Just after 10am on Thursday 29 August, police and ambulance crews were called to the North Park shopping centre on Main North Road after reports that a Toyota sedan had collided with two people.
A 27-year-old Enfield man was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
A 31-year-old Enfield woman was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a serious condition. Sadly, she died in hospital on 1 September.
Major Crash Investigators attended the scene to examine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
The driver, an 82-year-old North Adelaide man, was reported yesterday for aggravated driving without due care. He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
