Police have located cannabis plants and a butane honey oil laboratory during a search of a house at Seaton yesterday.
Western District detectives attended the Seaton home about 12.45pm on Thursday 27 August after receiving information via Crime Stoppers.
Officers conducted a search and located six cannabis plants being grown hydroponically in one of the rooms of the home. It was found that electricity was being diverted illegally to the premises.
Police also discovered a butane honey oil laboratory used to extract cannabis oil.
Detectives from the Serious and Organised Crime Task Force have attended to process the scene today.
Police investigations are continuing.
