Police are investigating a fire that extensively damaged two duplexes at Miami overnight.
Around 9.15pm emergency services were called to the Albion Avenue residences where a large fire began in one duplex spreading to an adjoining duplex.
The occupants of the duplexes were able to self-evacuate.
Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the fire.
