Council is committed to working with our community’s elected representatives at all levels of government, regardless of party, to deliver on the aspirations of our community articulated in the .
In the lead up to the 2022 Victorian election we are advocating for funding, service enhancements and policy innovation in key areas including:
- Removal of Highett and Wickham Road level crossings –
- Gender neutral upgrades of sports pavilions –
- A Minister for the Bay and greater action on coastal issues including erosion –
- Our long term advocacy for upgrades at the pedestrian railway crossing at the New/Dendy/Burrows Street roundabout in Brighton paid off this week with a
