Police will prepare a report for the coroner following a fatal house fire in Rosebrook overnight.
Emergency services were called to the Lydiard Street home about 9pm after reports of smoke issuing from the property.
Following a search of the property a body was located.
The deceased is yet to be formally identified.
The cause of the fire is being investigated but is not being treated as suspicious at this stage.
