Police are investigating the cause of a house fire at Rostrevor this evening.
Just before 9pm tonight (Friday 26 July), police and fire crews were called to a house on Leabrook Drive, after a neighbour reported seeing flames coming from the house.
On arrival, the fire was quickly brought under control by MFS and contained to a garage before being extinguished.
The occupants weren’t home at the time of the fire.
Fire Cause Investigators are attending the scene and while the cause is undetermined, it is believed to be suspicious.
