Anyone interested in purchasing Council’s landholding at Akuna Street, Kiama can now express their interest in buying the property via our tendering portal.
Tim Grosmann from has been appointed by Kiama Council as marketing agent for sale of the land (by public tender) process.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are initially sought for interested purchasers of the land. The landholdings to be included in the tender for sale are:

Lot 100 DP1211384
Lot 1 DP506764
Lot 1 DP50193
Invitation to tender for the purchase of the land will take place following the EOI.
