Tomorrow, Thursday 14 September, the new permanent home for Enjoy Benalla’s Visitor Services and the new Benalla Cinema will be officially opened at 14 Mair St, Benalla.
Member for Northern Victoria Jaclyn Symes will officially open the revamped Visitor Centre and new home of the Benalla Cinema on Thursday afternoon before doors open to the public at 2pm.
Benalla Rural City Council Mayor, Bernie Hearn was excited to see the finishing touches come together over the past month.
“This modern facility is not just a building; it’s a space designed to enhance people’s experience of Benalla, for both visitors and residents alike.”
“The new premises will serve as a destination for our residents, and we are committed to providing ways for people to experience our culture and to enjoy Benalla.”
“With new display areas and amenities, it’s a way to showcase our vibrant culture and to learn about our history,” Cr Hearn said.
In addition to these exciting changes, the new Benalla Cinema is also opening on Thursday.
The first movie screening of Theatre Camp will show at 2.30pm with tickets on sale via benallacinema.com.au from today.
