Expanded community shopping bus proposal
Council is proposing a Community Transport shopping bus service from Eden Valley, Springton, Mount Pleasant to Gawler and return.
Funded by the Commonwealth ³Ô¹ÏÍøÕ¾ Support Programme, this service would be primarily for older people who are registered with My Aged Care who struggle to use the public bus. However spare seats would be available to the wider community.
The monthly service would be door to door with registered passengers booking in advance. Cost would be $10 return The bus would be driven by a Community Transport volunteer. Wheelchair access would be available. See our
