The Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) has updated their website to remove the outdated reference to the Disability Services Act 1986 (Cth) on its Supported Employment Services (SES) Award page .
The FWO gave the following explanation to the SES Award Transition Working Group, of which NDS is a member, requesting that we share it with our networks to prevent confusion:
Prior to 30 June 2023, clause 4.3 of the SES Award 2020 included the following definition of ‘supported employment services’:
