Emergency services were called to a two-car collision in Nar Nar Goon on 30 November.
It’s believed the vehicles collided on Seven Mile Road just after 3.30pm, causing one vehicle to roll.
One person, who is yet to be formally identified, has died at the scene.
Three people have been airlifted to hospital in a critical condition.
The exact circumstances surrounding the collision are yet to be determined and investigations remain ongoing.
