Police can now name the man who died in a two-vehicle crash on Main South Road, Paroa, on Thursday 4 July.
He was Rudolf Paulus Van Dyk, 72, of Gladstone.
Police extend our sympathies to his family and friends.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash are ongoing.
