A 76-year-old Woopen Creek woman died in the Townsville Hospital today following a quad bike crash yesterday (May 18).
Preliminary information indicates the woman was travelling along Joyce Road, Woopen Creek at around 8.30am when she fell from her quad bike hitting her head.
Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact them (details below).
