A man has died following a single-vehicle crash near Tamworth.
About 6.10am (Saturday 4 March 2023), emergency services were called to Nundle Road, Pillamore, and found a ute had crashed and rolled, trapping the driver.
NSW Ambulance paramedics attended; however, the driver – a 19-year-old man – had died at the scene.
Officers attached to Oxley Police District established a crime scene which was forensically examined.
An investigation is underway into the circumstances surrounding the crash and a report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
