The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a single-vehicle rollover at Helens Hill this morning, October 22.
Initial information indicates at around 7am a tractor was travelling on Larkins Road when it rolled.
The driver, a 61-year-old Halifax man sustained serious injuries and was declared deceased at Ingham Hospital.
Police are investigating, anyone with information or relevant vision is urged to come forward.
