Celebrity chef Manu Feildel has created a range of delicious recipes cooking with poultry to help take the stress out of entertaining. In partnership with Australia’s leading poultry producer, Ingham’s Dinner Done has seen Manu Feildel create over 20 easy, simple, and delicious recipes cooking with chicken and turkey. This includes some special festive recipes.

Here are five recipe ideas from Manu to get you started, including two turkey roast options.

For the Main – two festive options

1. Manu’s Roast Turkey with Citrus and Herb Butter is so easy! The delicious citrus and herb butter is simply finely grated orange zest, 150g butter, 1 tablespoon thyme, 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped garlic, grated lemon rind, plus salt and pepper. The bird is stuffed with orange quarters, lemon thyme, cinnamon and bay leaves, then you simply brush with oil, season and roast!
