There are some important changes to our normal operating hours this festive season.
NDIS office hours
The NDIA will be reducing its activity from close of business Tuesday 24 December 2024 to Wednesday 1 January 2025.Regular operations will resume on Thursday 2 January 2025.
We are aware participants may have questions or need help during the festive season, so the ³Ô¹ÏÍøÕ¾ Contact Centre will continue to operate to assist with urgent enquiries between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm (local time) Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
