The finalists that will compete for the prestigious 2023 Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards have been announced.
Now in its 51st year, the Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards drew entries from a wide range of businesses from across the State.
“The Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards are the most prestigious awards in the tourism industry, with a long history of celebrating and recognising business excellence and improving tourism business’ operations,” Tourism Council WA CEO Evan Hall said.
“This year’s finalists should be exceptionally proud of being recognised as the best tourism businesses WA has on offer and contributing to the State’s tourism industry and economy.”
As the tourism sector moves towards expanding its accessible offerings, the new Excellence in Accessible Tourism category has been introduced in this year’s Awards program, with the winner to go on to represent WA on the national stage.
The winners of the 2023 Perth Airport WA Tourism Awards will be announced at a gala dinner held on November 11 at Crown Perth. Gold Medal winners in categories 1 to 26 go on to represent WA at the Qantas Australian Tourism Awards in Darwin in March 2024.
