Asia’s largest food and beverage trade fair, FHA Food & Beverage returned to Singapore from 5–8 September 2022. Covering 60,000 sqm of exhibition space across Singapore Expo, more than 2,000 exhibitors from over 50 countries showcased a range of food and beverage global products. The focus was on current trends, the latest innovations and visionary concepts for the food of the future.
The event was held for the first time in more than four years and with travel restrictions still prevalent in some countries, visitor numbers reached more than 35,000 attendees.
The MLA stand spread across 321sqm and hosted 24 Australian red meat exporters who showcased their beef, lamb and goatmeat products (see photos below). MLA’s presence included a reception, hospitality lounge for exhibitors and their guests, fully equipped kitchen for cook-to-order meat dishes and a meeting room. Many other exporters exhibited independently or with their partners, contributing to the overall Australian red meat contingent.
