We continue to build an accessible footpath network in the ‘old’ Ocean Grove and Collendina areas, with work on more new footpaths about to get underway.
The plans to deliver more than 20 kilometres of new pathways over the next few years, ensuring safer access to destinations such as schools and local businesses.
Our teams have wrapped up work on the following footpaths which are now being used by the community:
- Shell Road
- Aldebaran Road
- North side of Marlin Drive
- Presidents Avenue, in front of Ocean Grove Park
We’re finalising designs in preparation for construction to get underway shortly in the following locations:
- Thacker Street (Blue Waters Drive to Field Street North)
- Draper Street (Eggleston Street to Tuckfield Street)
- Field Street South (133 – The Parade)
- The Avenue (Presidents Avenue to Tuckfield Street)
