A former police officer has been charged following an investigation into alleged misconduct.
In December 2019, officers attached to the Professional Standards Command commenced an investigation following allegations a senior constable had fraudulently signed a document.
Following inquiries, a 46-year-old man was issued a future court attendance notice on Wednesday 21 August 2024.
He was charged with two counts make false document to influence exercise of public duty and two counts use false document to influence exercise of public duty.
He is due to appear at Parramatta Local Court on Wednesday 2 October 2024.
