Four people have been charged over an alleged ‘dial-a-dealer’ drug supply syndicate in Sydney’s south west.
In August 2022, Strike Force Coomera was established by detectives from Camden Police Area Command to investigate the activities of a syndicate believed to be involved in ‘dial-a dealer’-style supply of cocaine in the Camden area.
Following extensive inquiries, about 7.50am on Saturday 14 October 2023 police executed three simultaneous search warrants at locations in Camden South and Oran Park.
During the search warrants, police allegedly located cocaine, a cocaine press, $4,800 cash and four mobile phones. All items were seized for further forensic examination.
Two men aged 36 and 54, and a 46-year-old woman were arrested and taken to Narellan Police Station.
The 36-year-old man was charged with four counts of possess prohibited drug and fail to comply digital evidence access order direction.
He was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court the next day (Sunday 15 October 2023), where he was formally granted conditional bail to appear at Picton Local Court tomorrow (Wednesday 18 October 2023).
The 54-year-old man was charged with possess prohibited drug and granted conditional bail to appear at Picton Local Court on Friday 10 November 2023.
The 46-year-old woman was charged with two counts of supply prohibited drug and granted conditional bail to appear at Picton Local Court on Friday 10 November 2023.
About 10.20am yesterday (Monday 16 October 2023), a 23-year-old man was arrested at Narellan Police Station and charged with three counts of supply prohibited drug, supply prohibited drug on an ongoing basis, deal with property proceeds of crime
He was refused bail to appear at Picton Local Court today (Tuesday 17 October 2023), where he was formally granted conditional bail to appear at Picton Local Court on Wednesday 8 November 2023.
