Stephen Robertson, Lynette Birnie, Professor Jeffrey Dunn AO and Dr Cathryn Hester have been reappointed for the next four years to the West Moreton Hospital and Health Board, ensuring ongoing stability and effective leadership.
The four reappointees will be joining another five continuing board members to make up the nine-person board.
Current Chair, Michael Willis, and members Deanne Minniecon, Professor Gerald Holtmann, Sue Scheinpflug and Patricia Evatt will continue to serve until 2024.
Minister for Health and Ambulance Services Yvette D’Ath said that it was a pleasure to see such a strong board reappointed.
“We have been very lucky to have such a vast range of experience across the West Moreton Hospital and Health Board membership over the last few years and I’m pleased to know West Moreton will continue to be represented by such a strong team,” Ms D’Ath said.
“I thank Mr Robertson, Ms Birnie, Professor Dunn, and Dr Hester for their ongoing commitment to the West Moreton community and their contribution to the board.
“I know that they will deliver even more for the West Moreton board in the next four years.”

The 16 boards throughout Queensland are responsible under the Hospital and Health Boards Act 2011 for local performance of their health service and the delivery of public health services within their communities.
