Hume’s youngest residents and their families are invited to experience a huge program of free children’s entertainment shows including PJ Masks, Peppa Pig, Thomas and Friends plus many more in 2020.
Mayor of Hume City, Councillor Carly Moore said it is exciting to offer so much free entertainment to Hume families at the newly refurbished Town Hall Broadmeadows.
“Young children find stage performances magical as they see their favourite characters in person and we are looking forward to launching these shows with a special visit from Gekko, Catboy and Owlette from PJ Masks,” Cr Moore said.
“Other family favourites coming to this amazing new venue include Pinkfong and Baby Shark, the mystery solving crew from Scooby Doo and the colourful, cheerful Teletubbies.”
The shows will run for 30 minutes and there will be three sessions per day. Entry is free, but families do need to register online to secure a show session.
Family favourites will visit Hume on the following dates, and registrations are now open for the first show, PJ Masks.
PJ Masks Thursday 30 January 2020
Peppa Pig Thursday 27 February 2020
Thomas and Friends Thursday 26 March 2020
Baby Shark Thursday 30 April 2020

Cr Moore said 2020 will be a huge year for the newly refurbished Town Hall Broadmeadows with a variety of events and exhibitions programmed throughout the year for the community to enjoy.
“The year, we watched the building transform into the spectacular community asset it is today, but what is really exciting is now seeing it come to life as our community comes together in the space to make new memories.”
