Detectives from the Fugitive Squad are appealing for public assistance to help locate Matthew Johnson.
The 28-year-old is wanted on warrant for breaching his parole conditions and removing his monitoring device.
Johnson is described as approximately 175cm tall, of medium build with brown hair, green eyes and a nose piercing.
He is known to frequent the greater Frankston area.
He was last seen wearing a grey long-sleeved top, a grey cap, black track pants and white sneakers.
He is believed to be travelling in a black Nissan 350A with Queensland registration plates, 140DN2.
Investigators have released images of Johnson and the vehicle in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Johnson is asked not to approach him and to contact triple zero (000) immediately.
Detectives are also urging Johnson to make contact with police or hand himself in at any police station as soon as possible.
