Future in focus at the 2023 Digital.NSW Showcase

Experts across government and industry will come together to gain insights and share ideas on the future of digital innovation at the 2023 Digital.NSW Showcase on 22 November.

The Digital.NSW event will explore the NSW Government’s vision to deliver smart, simple and seamless digital experiences, whether it is making services more accessible, addressing the challenges and opportunities of Artificial Intelligence, or advancing cyber security.

The Digital.NSW Showcase will focus on four themes – Security and Privacy, ICT, Data and Analytics, and Digital and Customer Experience (CX) – and the different ways technology can deliver more efficient and accessible services for people across NSW.

The Digital.NSW Showcase will feature speakers including the Minister for Customer Service and Digital Government Jihad Dib, NSW Department of Customer Service Secretary Emma Hogan (TBC), Chief Information and Digital Officer Laura Christie and representatives from NSW Department of Education, NSW Department of Planning and Environment, and NSW Department of Enterprise, Investment and Trade.

The Showcase will take place from 9am on 22 November at the Royal Randwick Racecourse.
