The Honourable Linda Dessau AC, Governor of Victoria and her husband, Mr Anthony Howard AM QC, will return to the Northern Grampians Shire this week to tour the townships of Halls Gap, Stawell and St Arnaud.
The Governor and Mr Howard will be hosted by Northern Grampians Shire Council from Tuesday 14 May 2019 to Thursday 16 May 2019.
Mayor of Northern Grampians Shire Council, Cr Kevin Erwin said, “It’s going to be great to welcome back the Governor and Mr Howard.”
“This time we’ll get the opportunity to showcase more of the shire by heading north to St Arnaud, as well as Halls Gap.”
The Governor and Mr Howard will also have an opportunity to meet with locals at a Civic Reception hosted by Cr Erwin.
During their time in the shire, amongst other things, the Governor and Mr Howard will also visit a local primary school, meet with representatives from Neoen’s Bulgana Green Power Hub, tour the Stawell Gold Mine and visit a local farm.
