Emergency services are at the scene of a ultralight aircraft crash at Quorn.
Police and emergency services rushed to the scene after receiving reports of a gyrocopter crash near the Quorn Racecourse about 4.40pm on Wednesday 14 August.
The aircraft collided with a structure and vehicle at the racecourse.
The pilot sustained serious lacerations and was taken to hospital by ambulance, but thankfully his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening at this time.
Investigations into the crash are ongoing.
