Major Crash Investigators are investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred in Hammond Park on Sunday morning, 8 December 2019.
The crash occurred around 10.40am on the Kwinana Freeway northbound near Rowley Road.
The crash involved a black Triumph motorcycle, a black Jeep Grand Cherokee and a blue Chrysler PT Cruiser.
The motorcycle rider, a 76-year-old Mandurah man, later died in hospital.
Investigators would like to speak to anyone that saw the crash or who may have dash camera footage of any of the vehicles driving prior to the crash.
