Frankston police are hoping to reunite a pet rabbit with its owner.
Police on patrol located the absconded bunny on the hop in McAllister St, Frankston about 1:30am this morning.
‘Burgs’ bunny currently remains in custody and is assisting police with cuddles.
Investigators have released an image of the rabbit in the hope of identifying the owner.
Anyone who wakes to discover they are having a bad hare-day is urged to contact the Frankston Police Station on 9784 5555
With any luck, this will just be some bunny that we used to know.
