Why we are consulting
We are conducting an operational review of the EMDG program to:
- collect feedback on the EMDG program
- continue to improve the program
Your feedback will inform advice to government on EMDG management, delivery and outcomes.
Operational review findings will help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of government assistance to current or potential exporters. This support helps businesses increase export sales and deliver strong economic results for Australia.
This operational review is not a full legislative review. We expect the next review will start in 2024.
Who can give feedback?
EMDG applicants, agents, peak bodies and representative bodies are welcome to provide feedback.
We thank everyone who contributed to the improvements made for EMDG Round 2. We look forward to more from this operational review.
User feedback and survey
EMDG applicants, agents, and peak bodies are welcome to take part in our EMDG online survey.
We will also hold feedback sessions with an independent facilitator including:
- a sample of EMDG recipients
- representative group of EMDG agents
- peak bodies
- representative bodies.
Participants will be invited to feedback sessions via email from 3 August 2022.
