An all-weather operation can occur at any aerodrome and involve any aircraft movement where visual reference is limited by the weather conditions.
The purpose of draft multi-part AC 139-05, AC 171-05 and AC 172-03 is to:
- provide guidance and information to aerodrome operators and related service providers on best practices for managing all-weather operations
- meet legislative requirements.
