The Lawler Labor Government has delivered 37 new homes to the remote community of Jilkminggan, located about 150 kilometres southeast of Katherine.
The final three homes set for the community have been delivered to families who have been living in overcrowded homes.
The 5-bedroom modular designed homes will offer space for large families of multiple generations living together.
In some of the homes, siblings have decided to share tenancy to have more space to bring up their families.
Since coming to Government, Territory Labor has delivered land servicing for 28 lots, and built 37 homes in Jilkminggan.
The Lawler Labor Government has invested $32.3 million towards improving housing in Jilkminggan with more homes are to come under the new $4 billion remote housing partnership agreement with the Australian Government.

“We have completed the delivery of 37 homes that were set for Jilkminggan, with the last three delivered to families.
