Ipswich detectives have concluded an operation targeting illegal prostitution operating within massage parlours in the Ipswich area.
Operation Tango Convenience saw police execute four search warrants and seize over $17,000 in Australian currency.
Three businesses were alleged to be operating as illegal brothels and seven people, aged from 31 to 62 years old, were charged with offences relating to illegal prostitution.
They will appear before the Ipswich Magistrates Court on January 12.
Further investigation is now ongoing with assistance from other state and federal agencies.
