In honor of her impact on industrial and organizational psychology’s approach to the employment of people with disabilities, Susanne Bruyére has been elected a fellow by members of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
The fellow status recognizes members whose research identifies solutions to workplace problems, whose practice changes the course of the field and whose teaching guides the next generation of industrial-organizational psychology, the scientific study of the workplace.
Academic director of the , part of ILR Outreach, is a leader of national and international initiatives for improving disability employment outcomes. She has served as president or chairperson of five national and global organizations focused on improving employment outcomes and the general well-being of individuals with disabilities.
