Also making its debut was the all-new iPad Air, featuring the advanced A14 Bionic chip. iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPad Air are now available in stores and arriving in customers’ homes around the world.

Customers arrived at Singapore’s Apple Orchard Road to buy the new iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPad Air. The vast majority of Apple Store locations around the world are open and operating in various service models to protect the health and well-being of customers and employees.
At Apple’s distribution center in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, team members prepared iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPad Air for shipment to stores and customers across the East Coast and Canada.
At UPS Worldport in Louisville, Kentucky, UPS’s worldwide air hub, logistics specialists provided support for the global launch of iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Pro, and iPad Air.
