Issue of Development Consents August / September: Bayside

In accordance with Section 4.59 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, the following Development Applications and Complying Development Certificates were approved by Council, subject to conditions, between 1 August and 31 August 2023. The validity of these consents can only be questioned in the Land and Environment Court within three months of 12 September 2023.
