Local band Jack Doolan and the Scrubs are set to make a significant mark as they debut their original music at the Push All Ages Tour in Horsham next Friday.
This event, a collaboration between Triple J Unearthed and Always Live Victoria, promises an unforgettable experience for music lovers of all ages.
“We feel excited to debut our original material in front of a live audience, as it represents a transition from a cover band into our own sound,” shared Jack Doolan.
Despite some nerves about performing their own songs for the first time, Doolan expressed confidence in their preparation and the quality of their set.
The Push All Ages Tour will also feature headliners The Rions, South Summit, and Jem Cassar-Daley, along with Triple J Unearthed competition winner Kailee.
Tickets for the Horsham event are selling fast.
“Because Horsham has such a high focus on arts, we feel that the community is a lot more enthusiastic about going to see and support local creatives,” Doolan said.
Playing in front of a large local crowd is not new for Jack Doolan and the Scrubs, but this event holds special significance.
“This show in particular is an opportunity unlike any other we’ve had before. Therefore the grandeur of this performance is unparalleled,” Doolan said.
The band also expressed gratitude to the event organisers and the Horsham Rural City Council for their support.
“We’re looking forward to playing alongside experienced musicians,” Doolan added.
With a stellar lineup and a community eager to support local talent, the Push All Ages Tour at the Maydale Pavilion is shaping up to be a night to remember.
