Basket Weaving Workshop with Aunty Barbara Walker, Wednesday, January 11 from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
Barbara Walker is a proud Wiradjuri woman from Wagga Wagga, NSW, who practises and teaches traditional coiling weaving [Wadya waybarra]. Being able to share weaving techniques, for many different applications, with all who are wanting to learn, brings her satisfaction.
