Kalgoorlie Detectives have arrested a man as a result of their investigation into alleged incidents involving a teenager.
It will be alleged in January 2024, the man committed offences against a male teenager and the 36-year-old man from Hannans has been charged with:
• One count of Sexually Penetrated a Child of or over 13 and under 16 years;
• Two counts of Indecently Deals with a Child over 13 under 16 years;
• One count of Indecently Records Child over 13 under 16; and
• One count of Intent to Procure a Person believed to be under 16 years for Sexual Activity.
The man appeared in court today and has been remanded in custody until his next appearance in the Kalgoorlie Magistrates Court on Monday, 8 January 2024.
